1967 Ferrari 330 GTC for sale on BaT Auctions

This Ferrari 330 GTC is one of approximately 600 examples produced and was sold new in May 1967 to its first owner in Modena, Italy. Chassis 9955 was exported to the US in the early 1970s and has since spent time in a number of states under the care of several different owners. Cosmetic refurbishment work was carried out in the late 1990s, and more recently, the 4.0-liter Colombo V12 was overhauled in the early 2010s by John Hajduk of Motorkraft, Ltd. in Bensenville, Illinois. The bodywork wears a repaint in red, while the interior has been reupholstered in tan leather. It rides on 14″ Borrani knock-off wire wheels and is further equipped with a five-speed manual transaxle, servo-assisted brakes, power windows, air conditioning, a gated shifter, and a Becker Europa stereo. The car was purchased by the current owner in 2022, and subsequent service involved repairing the electrical system, overhauling the fuel pump, coating the exhaust system, and replacing the tailpipes along with the tie rod ends and a number of hoses and lighting components. This 330 GTC is now offered on dealer consignment by ReimelMC, a BaT Local Partner in Wayne, Pennsylvania, with a tool roll, recent service records, a Marcel Massini report, and a Virginia title. The 330 GTC was introduced at the 1966 Geneva Auto Show with Pininfarina styling combining front-end cues taken from the 500 Superfast and a rounded rear profile from the 275 GTS while sharing the 275 GTB’s 2,400mm wheelbase. Design details include split front and rear bumpers, front fender vents, circular sail-panel vents, and quad exhaust outlets. This example left the factory in Celeste Chiaro, and it was repainted in its current shade of red in the late 1990s. The paintwork was reportedly wet-sanded and polished in 2023. The taillight and indicator lenses were replaced under current ownership, as were the Carello headlights.
