1998 RUF Turbo R
About This Car
One of just 15 uniquely tailored RUF Turbo R models, and believed to be one of only four equipped with all-wheel drive. Hand-built in Pfaffenhausen, it features a 560-hp, 3.6L twin-turbocharged flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. Finished in Grand Prix White over black leather with Acid Green accents, this example is extensively optioned: lightweight door cards, slicktop roof, shaved rain gutters, carbon “lollipop” seats, integrated roll cage, carbon ceramic brake package, climate control, and 19-inch center-lock wheels. In late 2022, over $88,000 in upgrades were completed by RUF, including larger turbos, carbon ceramic brakes, center-lock wheels, reupholstered interior, and refinished carbon front and rear bumpers.
