About This Car
A 993 RSR Speedster is about as extreme as air-cooled Porsche builds get. The combination of a full RSR-specification 3.8-liter engine with individual throttle bodies, MoTeC engine management, and a G50 6-speed gearbox creates a drivetrain that belongs on a starting grid.
Wrapping that drivetrain in a Speedster body takes the concept further. The low-cut windshield and flowing rear deck lid make this one of the most visually dramatic air-cooled Porsches ever built, while the reduced weight of the Speedster configuration benefits the already potent RSR powertrain.
This is a Patrick Motorsports build, which means the execution matches the ambition. Every component has been selected and installed by people who understand Porsche race cars at a fundamental level.
